Plato Consulting was engaged as the Client’s Representative and Project Manager of the ABIC SW-2008 Simple Works Contract for the client, reviewing and approving progress claims and claims for extension of time(s) and/or notification of delays; issuing the necessary certificate(s) and notice(s); preparing client monthly financial/project report(s); negotiating contract variations and cost adjustment(s); and dealing with all technical queries. The project was completed in 2017.
