Construction of a six-level boutique apartment and commercial development comprising twenty-one high quality apartments, 490m2 commercial tenancies and basement parking. Construction comprised sheet piled basement walls, precast concrete walls, ‘sandwich’ wall systems, internal brick walls, commercial windows/doors and a metal deck roof.

Employed by the builder, Steve Haskayne was engaged as Project Manager, employed by the builder to oversee all subcontractors including awarding subcontracts, approving payments and attending site meetings with all relevant stakeholders. The project was completed in 2014.
