As a registered builder, I (Steve Haskayne) constructed my current residence comprising a large steel framed, split level three/four-bedroom home with panoramic ocean views. All rooms are substantial in size. Features include built-in wardrobes; a fully tiled ensuite; a large, fully tiled family bathroom with standalone bath, large walk-in shower and large double vanity; two additional separate toilet/washrooms; theatre room; games/fourth bedroom; second laundry/potential kitchen with underfloor heating; master bedroom with separate walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and ensuite with walk-in shower, double basin vanity, WC and bidet; laundry with bench and plenty of storage with access to outside drying area; large office; large family/dining/kitchen with access to outdoor kitchen/barbeque alfresco through a wall of sliding commercial grade glass doors; and a butler’s pantry. The alfresco is west facing with enviable ocean views.
