Role: Superintendent.

A new retail park in Canning Vale, built for secured tenants. The anchor tenant was The Good Guys with other major retailers including Anaconda, Curtain Wonderland, Fantastic Furniture, The Furniture Spot, and Baby Bunting. Project included car parking allocation, internal fit outs of office space, restroom areas, kitchen areas and storerooms.

As the Superintendent of the AS 2124-1992 Contract, Plato Consulting was responsible for establishing a development program and achieving target milestones; coordinating and appointing design consultants; producing tender documentation; analysing and assessing tender bids of various consultants; reporting to the client with recommendations; undertaking regular site meetings and inspections;  reviewing and approving progress claims and claims for extension of time(s) and/or notification of delays; issuing the necessary certificate(s) and notice(s); preparing client monthly financial/project report(s); negotiating contract variations and cost adjustment(s); and dealing with all technical queries. The project was completed in 2010.
