As building and construction specialists with over 45 years of experience, Plato Consulting understands both sides of the pre-contract tendering process. As your pre-contract tendering advisor, the Plato team will assist with sourcing and engaging all consultants including architects, structural and civil engineers, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and acoustic consultants and landscape/ irrigation consultants. The team will also coordinate the appointment of a private certifier. The initial design work will often include schematic drawings for discussion with clients and where required, these may be supplemented by ‘artist impressions’, being computer generated or hand drawn three dimensional drawings.
